Our COVID-19 Measures
A Message from Coralie
“We take our clients health very seriously and are keeping a safe and comfortable environment for us and our clients during Covid-19 pandemic. We would like to personally update you on the precautionary measures we are taking in the salon to ensure the safety of clients and ourselves. While we have always maintained excellent standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the salon, we have introduced a number of additional precautionary measures to reduce the risk of infection and keep our community safe. We ask for you to please use our hand sanitiser that is provided as soon as you enter the salon, and at the end of your appointment.
Before you are seated we disinfect your seat and bench area and before we shampoo your hair the basin and the basin chair is also disinfected. Throughout and at the end of the day we disinfect door handles, front desk and eftpos machine. Hand sanitiser, anti bacterial sprays, cloths are present on benches, and clean gowns and towels for each client. All tools and brushes will be sprayed with disinfectant ‘clippercide spray before using and after.
To ensure 1.5sqm social distancing we are spacing and limiting all bookings by appointment only. We will not be taking any walk in clients and we will be wearing gloves and a mask whilst doing your hair. If you have a mask handy you are more than welcome to wear during your visit with us. We will continue trading by appointment only to ensure no more than 2 clients at one time unless the government says otherwise.
All consultations for new clients can be done via video/phone call if you wish You can also have the choice of us applying the colour then leaving and rinsing off at home to limit time you are in the salon. We strongly urge any clients that are showing any signs of illness to please reschedule your appointment. If you have travelled at all in the last 14 days or come into contact with anyone who has, we ask you kindly to reschedule your appointment.
Our processes will evolve where necessary as we continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation. In the meantime, we are open for business and we encourage you to support local businesses while it is safe to do so.
Be well, keep positive. Thank you”
